In the 1960s, when people saw the first pictures of earth from space, the television images changed their perception of the planet. Some people were scared, and the people still arguing that the earth was flat were stumped and frustrated. In todays world, constant images, constant coverage, and constant voices entering our homes are directed by media channels and determine the way we see events. From newspapers and radio to more modern devices like the internet and social media, these separate mediums direct our attention and perception of what is real. The beauty and dangers of the media is created by its power to affect our perception.

The reason why media influence people today in multimedia communications and tecnology is because the media have a very big role in the society. Mostly every adult reads the newspaper on the internet or in a piece of paper many times in the week. The media have many readers and supporters, so every thing they say will everyone find out. Media helps people to be smart and get knowledge, but every thing they say people will beleve in. To view an example we can look In North-Korea were people don’t know anything about the rest of the world, and the reason about this is because the state and the media does not say anything to the people in the country. Forexample some use social media to bully and talk shit to people or about people. On media you can find almost everything, from facts to pictures and films. Media can be positive in many different ways, you can chat with others, and get to know other peoples. Media can also have bad influence to peoples, and make them do stupid things. There are most good sides of media, you can play games and just have a good time. On internet you can learn much to school work, and ask expert`s on the you don’t know. You can easy find facts about almost everything, it makes it easy to create presentations and texts. If there was no internet it would not be easy to find facts if it not where in our books. Overall the internet is extremely important to almost everybody. ReplyDeleteMedia effects on individual or audience thought, opinions, attitude and behavior. Media is a positive side. If your sick or can’t meet up to a meeting you can Face Time or Skype to have this meeting. You can get friends over the internet and gather important information. Social media have also some bad sides and that is young girls and boys who have a hugged body image on themselves. The internet learns us a lot about the difference culture but also you have an inside gaze where you can see the world is not that big.
How does media influence people in today’s world of multimedia communication and reality? Media has so much power nowadays. They control what we should be concerned about and talk about in the society. They don’t just control what that they post, but also how we should perceive the case. If we go back fifty years, people had to buy newspapers, buy Christmas cards and they had to meet each other to talk. Since that time, the media has changed the world a lot, but is it a positive or negative change? It’s hard to tell because media has a benefit to some people and a disadvantage for others, but overall it’s something that brings us together. We can post Christmas photos, share and read news, and it’s easier than ever before to talk to people just because of the social media. But unfortunately, there are people with bad experiences. Young boys and girls can look at commercials and see the “perfect body”, they get affected and want to become like that, and that can end up badly. ReplyDeletehow does media affect us? thats a good question that im going to answer. media can affect us in many ways for example you belive nearly everything people write on media from news paper to other normal sites, people will write anything as long as you belive it. the technology we have today is realy great in many ways but there are also some not great things with the new technology and one of them are that if you buy a phone or tv playstation your kid will probably stay inside a long time so if you want your kid to go out you should not buy him/her a phone or anything thats tech... that was just a joke, but many peope belive thats the reason more kids prefer to stay inside but its just a question of free will, if you want to go out you go out if you want so stay insine stay inside. one thing thats great with the tech we have today is that the way we can communicate is realy good send messages, facetime, facebook, snapchat all of this is a good thing in many peoples prespective. As i said peope belive nearly anything written on media and that can influence other people for exaple i can write a post about nearly anything i want and there are always some people that will belive it, but always think of what you do before you do it on media because if you post something it will probably stay there for along time or maybe forever.

The negative side is that many people can use the internet wrong, maybe they search on things they should not search for.
